Apartment Review for 970 Pennsylvania Ltd - Denver, CO

It was a great place until I ran into things that needed to be fixed. It took forever to get things fixed, the A/C came with the unit and was broken all summer. It also took weeks to get the fridge replaced and meanwhile my stuff went bad. The manager said the owner was the hold up. They also took money out of my deposit without telling me they would. My final walk through with the manager was great. Then they charged me for cleaning even though the apartment was definitely NOT cleaned before I moved in. There was crusted stuff on the stove and in the fridge that I had to clean myself when I moved in and they had the gall to charge me for for cleaning when I left.
