Apartment Review for 4550 Cherry Creek Highrise - Denver, CO

While 4550 Cherry Creek is a nice building with modern amenities, it is poorly managed with recurrent crimes. Cars are broken into in the "secured" garage. Bikes are stolen. While initially most of the tenents appeared to be young professionals, there are a number of "college aged" tenants who are very loud and disruptive (loud parties, drunken episodes in the early am hours) on a regular basis with no consequences when multiple complaints are made. Just last night, someone tampered with a fire extinguisher causing it to smoke, releasing the fire alarm, causing an evacuation and arrival of the fire department at 3 am! Not the building's fault but speaks to the type of tenants and or guests that reside there. There have been problems with water leaks and flooded apartments. The ventilation system is inadequate in that it allows cigarette smoke to infilrate multiple apartments. Overall, very unhappy with this place so renter beware.
