Apartment Review for 12Th And Elati Residences - Denver, CO

I agree with the review above. I lived at 12th and Elati Residences in 2008 and part of 2009 and moved out because the landlord, Dena, was horrible. She will do everything in her power to legally extract as much money out of you as possible. She is intimidating, condescending, a straight up bitch, and I have caught her lying multiple times to get her way. The location is great and the apartments are nice but it is NOT worth it. Trust me, you will have to deal with a lot of bullshit, hidden fees, the most ridiculous 23 page contract, and constant haraassment
