This management owns "Broadway residences at 1135" which is down the street and just as horrible. Check the reviews of tenents to see why. Completely miserable scum bag low life management who will SCAM you!! There is no question! You will not see your deposit returned even if your apartment is emaculate. And almost every resident gets sent to a collection agency for cleaning fees when you move out. Trust me, I have talked to a lot of other tenents who had this happen. Save yourseld a year of your life and DO NOT LEASE HERE!! I have never in my life met such awful people and I would almost feel sorry for them if they were not so fucking horrible to their tenents.
