Apartment Review for 1135 Broadway Residences - Denver, CO

Ive been reading through some of these reviews and I dont get it. I love the cap hill area and these apartments. I just resigned for another year and if I ever felt mistreated I would have looked for a new place. As far as the staff, I have not one bad thing to say about them. They have rules and they follow them. I had a friend park where she wasnt supposed to, she got towed. I messed up something in my apartment, I paid for it. I missed the grace period on paying rent, so I paid the fee. Some of these reviews Ive read have talked about them being rude and "unfair" well its not 1st grade. just follow the rules and except no one is gonna hold your hand in the grown up world, so when you mess up, dont expect to slide on it.
