Apartment Review for 1135 Broadway Residences - Denver, CO

I had the pleasure of living in the Broadway Residences for the past two years. I recently moved out when I bought a house. I found the apartments to be well constructed and maintained. I did not have a lot of noise from my neighbors and whenever there was a maintenance problem (rarely), the management staff was prompt to respond. Overall, my living experience was a good one. Any problems I encountered we the result of a few of the rude and disrespecful tenants that were unfortunately allowed to reside in this otherwise nice property. I am somewhat surprised by the attacks on the management staff on this review site, especially Deena. I can only surmise that the people that have written these ridiculas complaints are the same jokers that did not respect the building and their fellow residents and when were scolded by the management. I personally applaud Deena and her staff for trying to get control of the few hulligans that attempt to ruin an otherwise nice living experience for the other residents.
