Apartment Review for 1135 Broadway Residences - Denver, CO

I moved here from New York and frankly the worst place I lived in New York in my early years is nicer and had more polite attentive management. The other reviews I read do not exagerate about the witch that manages the property. Here are more issues: Loud noise from drunks because of the night clubs. It's like New Orleans during Mardi Gras. If you need assistance with a minor maintenance issue and report it, expect to be treated like you are an inmate in a prison. I really thought she was joking when I first had contact with her. Only someone raised by wolves would act so uncivilized! The garage has had break-ins but it's kept secret...I don't get that? The alley behind the building has drug deals, homeless people sleeping and drunks puking. We are next to a liquor store that caters to the Mad Dog 20-20 clients. The front of our building is filthy and glass has not been cleaned in years....yes years. Just to the north of us are some really classy buildings. It's a shame the owners of 1135 Broadway have Caligula as a manager. Soon as I'm done with my art classes, I'm getting the He@% our of here. I'm writing this to save others from the pain.
