Apartment Review for 1135 Broadway Residences - Denver, CO

Manager Deena is a BITCH. She asked me where I worked. When she found out I was a manager in a nice hotel she brought her family couple of times without paying a penny. Then she came with a party of 8, she eat like a pig, I comped half of her check and on top of that she left without tipping the waitress. My server was crying. She worked hard on that party of eight. I ended up giving her $50 from my own pocket. Next day, I told Deena but she did not care. What a bitch. Every week she was asking me to bring her clam chowder and crab legs, but she never offer to pay. She takes advantage of her position in the company. When I moved out, I made an appointment with her personally to come see the apartment at 9.00 am. I told her that I need to see her early in the morning because I was moving to New York. Next morning she wasn`t there. Her assistant, another retard, signed my papers and said everything was ok, so I left to NY thinking that I`ll get back my deposit in mail. Six months later, I receive a letter from a COLLECTION AGENCY (that`s right) saying that I owe Broadway residences $300 in cleaning fee (on top of my deposit). So that whore, never bother to contact me, never send me the deposit back and on top of it, she had the nerve to report me to an collection agency for an additional $300.00. After receiving the letter from the collection agency, I send her a letter in mail, I emailed her and never received anything back. What a thief. Of course I had to pay, otherwise I would have been reported to the credit bureaus. When I called her and asked her to talk to her supervisor, she said that she does not have a boss. What a loser, she actually thinks she owns the company. I hope her boss will someday read those review and fire her stupid crack head.
