No class rude manager

The manager has no class and goes rude from the start. Rather than approaching a situation in a professional manner manager chooses to exert her 'power' to control the converstation. I would not and will not reccommend this place to anyone. In fact I will make sure I tell as many people as possible that they should not live there even for free  Need to rent an apartment?
