Apartment Review for 1135 Broadway Residences - Denver, CO

How funny- I was one of the very first residents of these apartments and moved out almost a year ago. But I thought I was the only one who hated Deena, the manager. She is an awful human being. She would yell at my guests for parking in the wrong place (even while I was telling them to move their car!), she was rude about my deposit (which I didn't get back for over 2 months- illegal in Colorado, but their shitty contract overrides the law)... the list goes on. I couldn't stand her. But, I will admit these are great aparments, especially for the price I paid. I was paying less than $800 a month for a huge 1 bedroom with underground parking and W/D. Try finding that anywhere else near downtown. And yes, you have to qualify for that. The fact that a lot of people here are *ahem* "low-income" is not a big deal. All of my neighbors were polite, quiet young people or couples. It was the quietest apartment I've ever lived in. But yes, beware of Deena- the Wicked Witch of Broadway.
