Apartment Review for 1135 Broadway Residences - Denver, CO

Just wait a little bit...and you'll see I just moved out of this place. Thing were always breaking inside the house: the washer and dryer, sink, toilet, there's a false fire alarm every 2 weeks that would ring for 10 min until the fire dept come and residents had to come out of their apt in freezing cold. But none of that matter because the location was very convenient. What really pissed me off though is how management handle their residents. They were very unprofessional. You make an appointment with someone specific from the office but then someone else shows up or they don't show up at all. You complain about something and it's like they don't hear anything. When you try to explain something-They talk over you and don't listen. drunk with power I tell you. When I moved out. The house was spotless. I made an appointment with the manager so she can see the apt before I leave to make sure that I get my deposit back but on move out day, another person I've never seen before shows up. A month later, I get a notice that they have spent my deposit for profesional carpetcleaning and that I actually owe them money because of carpet cleaning. WTF?! I can't even tell you how frustrated I am with their shady actions.
