Apartment Review for 1135 Broadway Residences - Denver, CO

I found this place on Craig's List after reading a posting titled "$900 / 2br - Beautiful 1 and 2 bedroom condos next to the art museum." Too good to be true you say? Because it is! I set up an appointment, took time out my day, toured the building and when I asked "What's the catch?" the office manager said "$900?! For this?! These go for $1400 a piece, at least!" K... then why do you have the posting up? This apartment complex is over 70% (!!)low income- so some of the apartments are around $950- but nowhere in the posting did it say that you would have to qualify. They just want to get you in the door and waste your time to tell you you make too much. The best part? After complaining about the posting being misleading, they continue to keep the posting up all week. Schemey!
